This year’s Feast is built on the Ark of Taste, a living collection of distinctive and meaningful foods in danger of extinction, a celebration of our culinary heritage.
To preserve what matters, we offer you an extraordinary Feast featuring locally grown Ark of Taste foods,
 prepared by some of Utah’s finest chefs.
