Slow Food Utah is an entirely volunteer-run chapter (convivium) of Slow Food USA. We don’t have an office, but work both virtually and out of our homes. We do have a P.O. Box for snail mail:

The chapter is managed by a board of individuals committed to Slow Food principles. They are elected each year by the chapter members. This working board plans, organizes, and oversees all Slow Food Utah programs and events.
