Every year, talented and generous Utah chefs partner with local farmers and ranchers to create an unforgettable, delicious evening in support of Slow Food Utah’s micro-grant program. It is an extraordinary evening that celebrates and savors the bounty of Utah. The silent auction features unique food-related items and experiences.
