This cooking class will feature chocolate from Amano,Millcreek Cacao Roasters, and Chocolate Conspiracy in savory and sweet recipes. Meet the creators behind the cacao magic and learn from instructor Vanessa Chang how you can incorporate their products into dishes from around the world.
