The Slow Food Utah Snail Awards were launched in 2012 as a way of recognizing those people who are ardent supporters and believers in the Slow Food mission. Local chapter members submit nominations each fall, and the Board makes final selections. This is always challenging, given how many wonderful people and businesses we have in our community who embody Slow Food values. Awards are presented at the annual Feast of Five Senses. If you would like to make a nomination for the Snail Awards please send an email with a short explanation of your nomination to us at SlowFoodUtah@xmission.com.
