Rockhill Creamery wins National Preservation Award

Our 'Utah's Own' Rockhill Creamery received the 2011 National Trust for Historic Preservation Award. Not since 2004 has a Utah building received this designation, so many congratulations are sent to Peter Schropp and Jennifer Hines for their dedication to rescuing the historic old Burnham farm in Richmond, UT.
Here at Slow Food Utah, we have been able to appreciate the beautiful work they have done over the past 25 years through participating in a farm tour or having delicious dinner in their beautiful yard. Their vision and aesthetics for the preservation, remodeling, and conversions of the property is truly outstanding. The next one on the list is the 1893 home at the front of the property.
