Celebrate Slow Food With These Great Fall Events.

Fall is here and we have some fabulous community events that are coming up over the next few weeks.  So fabulous, in fact, that we had to share them with you here!

October 15-21 – Dinning Around the World: Eat-Enjoy-Give Back

Join Utah chefs and refugees as they cook up flavorful dishes from around the world. All you have to do is stop by one of the following restaurants from October 15 and 21 and request the signature dish! The funds raised will go back to supporting refugees in our community.

This will help support the New Roots program, which Slow Food Utah supports. It is a coalition between the International Rescue Committee, Utah Refugee Coalition and Salt Lake County to develop urban farms and garden, giving the refugees access to healthy food and job skills.

Stop by the following restaurants, inquire about the dish, and thank you them their support!

Café Trio – Oasis Café – The Rose Establishment – Squatters Pub Brewery – Finca –Caffe Niche – Tin Angel Café – Liberty Heights Fresh
