Slow Food Utah is pleased to co-host a series of canning and preserving workshops during summer and fall of 2013 in partnership with the Downtown Farmers Market and Wasatch Community Gardens, and sponsored by Harmons City Creek and Edible Wasatch Magazine.

Workshops kick-off July 16th at the Downtown Farmers Market, and continue into the fall. Classes are limited to 20 people. You can register for single classes, a selection, or the whole series depending on availability.

The kick-off event is free; other workshops are $25 per person per class. Attendees will receive 2 jars of canned goodness.

To learn more about the series and to register, visit the Wasatch Community Gardens Summer In a Jar Workshops page. Class dates are also listed on our calendar.
